GST Tickets

What is it?

GST Tickets provides a simple and organised ticket creation section to your discord. Answering tickets fast and effectively is important to growing a strong community, and GST Tickets will aid this process. GST is a more focused ticket system and provides extra functionality to the tickets.

Once configured, GST Tickets will send a message to your chosen channel, where users can press a button to open a ticket specific to their issue.

Requirements

In order for GST Tickets to work you will need to have the following already set up

• Tebex Integration configured and setup

• GST Bot invited and set up in your Discord

• GST Tickets settings configured
