Tebex Ticket

Opening a ‘Payment Support Ticket' will display the following information. The information shown is directly related to their Tebex purchases.

At the top, you will see the user's steam account details. You will also see their 15 most recent transactions. Showing the payment gateway, the price, the packages purchased and the status.

The id provided next to the payment gateway is the transactions ID's used by PayPal Stripe etc.
